We want you to love your GLDN pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original GLDN box and place it inside a padded mailer to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement.
